WHAT’S INVOLVED:

PRESCHOOL / LONG DAY CARE

You will receive a parent info pack to post or give out about 1 month before the booked date (We will send you information and brochure to post to your families).
Families will register their child/ren via a link sent out ahead of time once booking is secured.
There is no cost to the centre / service.
Staff photos are include too.
I will come every day for 1 week to accommodate all families in attendance. Children are allocated a day to get their portraits taken.
All edited photos will be send out via a link. This link will be a gallery of all photos taken throughout the week sorted into days and rooms/age groups.
Families will be able to browse through all edited photos from each day and choose which ones you would like to purchase.
For children with NO INTERNAL PUBLICITY, they will receive a separate link which includes their photos too which aren’t included in the other gallery links.
The photos are DIGITAL ONLY and once purchased you will be emailed a link to download them straight away.

FAMILY DAY CARE

You will receive a parent info pack to post or give out a few weeks before photo day.
Preferably 1 day will be arranged for me to come and photograph all children.
Families will register their child/ren via a link sent out ahead of time once booking is secured.
There is no cost to your FDC.
All edited photos will be send out to individual families via a link.
Families will be able to browse through all edited photos and choose which ones you would like to purchase.
The photos are DIGITAL ONLY and once purchased you will be emailed a link to download them straight away.

All orders are processed exclusively through our online ordering system, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience. With no cash handling involved.
All photos will be taken outdoor within the children’s play environments. This will be in shade areas to produce that nice natural light. If its raining we can do photos undercover or possibly postpone.
Yes we have public liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request.
Yes I have working with children check.
Yes we do! Most of the advertising and reminders will be done via your sharing platforms (Kinderloop, Storypark ect) which we will share with you to send on to parents but but we will also provide a few physical posters for your service front door, classroom doors ect too.
Generally no more than 4 week. The photos will be sent out via an online link for parents to view / purchase.
